We uncover the significance in a genuine and simple approach. By cultivating autochthonous grape varieties, we recognize that our role is to act as bridge between our culture and nature that surrounds us. Every grape tells a tale of sun on the harvest, of the land that soaked in rain and of the life of the vine that lived through the year with all its previous experience. At the same time, we revive tradition and use state of the art tools, allowing all natural elements from the vineyard and grapes to reach our senses.
Our relationship with the vineyards is not that of dominance, but respect, awareness and love. Timely cultivation of land, natural disease control and careful pruning allows the grape to reach its full potential. It is then that the grapes become a testimony of beauty, culture and tradition and tell the story of our region and our relation with nature. That is how we return to the basics and transfer all the warm characteristics of the Zupa landscape into every sip of our wine.
